WHICH DAYS DO WE DELIVER?
LAST DELIVERY DATE 27TH MAY 2022.
Tuesdays from 9 am to 10 pm: Place your order before Monday 6 pm to make Tuesday delivery day.
Fridays from 9 am to 10 pm: Place your order before Thursday 6 pm to make Friday delivery day.
Free click and collect: Please use NWJHOME at checkout (this will discount the delivery charge). Collections are from our stockroom located in W12 7JQ, Monday to Friday. Please add a note at check out with preferred date and time, and we will contact you to arrange a convenient slot.
Do you want to use your own bottle? Please contact us to arrange.
HOW DO WE REMIND YOU?
Day before delivery: You will receive an email confirmation of delivery the evening before.
Day of delivery: You will receive an SMS with an estimated time of delivery (1 to 2-hour window).
Not going to be in? Please let us know if you're not going to be in and prefer us to leave your products in a safe place. If you are not in when we arrive, and we have not received any information about a safe place, we will attempt to deliver to your neighbour or front porch (if considered safe) and let you know by text.
HOW DO I PREPARE?
Is it your first order? We will leave your products at your doorstep, and ring the doorbell to let you know we have arrived.
Are you refilling bottles? Leave your empties at your doorstep or have them ready for pick up. We will leave your refills, and take the used ones to clean and reuse for another refill. Please note that if your empties are not returned in exchange for filled bottles we will invoice you for the cost of the additional bottles we left.
Return Policy:For any undamaged product (unopened and in the same condition as received), simply return it within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) No Waste Jose LTD. has the right to decline a refund of the product if the item is not received in perfect conditions and cannot be resold, and (ii) Any fees associated with the cost of returning an item to No Waste Jose Ltd. will be covered by you.
