Our mission it to reduce single-use plastic consumption and encourage the reuse of packaging by promoting a circular economy.
WHO WE ARE
We're Marcela and Juliana, two friends that dream of a better future for the planet. In our quest to become more sustainable in our own homes, we found that zero-waste shopping wasn't easy. Usually, you have to travel to sustainable shops with heavy containers, and when ordering online you receive packaged goods that produce waste. We decided that we wanted to do our part, and make real zero-waste shopping more convenient and accessible with as little waste as possible, encouraging reuse at our core.
WHAT WE DO
We don’t want to be delivering just any refillable goods; hence we ensure that the goods we sell are coming from suppliers that have circular systems, use recyclable material, support fair-trade, and are full of goodness! Gladly we've found the perfect partners and have lovely products to offer – take a look at our products.

HOW WE WORK
YOU ORDER
Choose ‘First Fill’ if you want a new bottle, or ‘Refill’ if you already have a bottle and want to swap it for a filled one.
Tip: Having two bottles may help you to have one in use and one to swap, so you never run out of product.
WE DELIVER
We deliver by cargo bike on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9 am to 10 pm. Please order by 6pm the day before your preferred delivery day.
Tip: We'll send you an email the day before to remind you of your delivery/pick-up.
YOU RETURN
When running low, reorder to swap your empties. Choose 'Refill' when ordering, you're now only paying for the product.
Tip: Keep your bottles in circulation so you’re only paying for the product and not the bottle!
WE REFILL
We will come to swap your bottle for a filled one and pick up the empties to wash and reuse.
Tip: Not at home? We'll try your neighbours or secure place. You can also let us know about a safe place at check out.
